Abstract:Teaching-quality assessment is a significant content in teaching management of universities and colleges. There are some aspects should be improved in teaching-quality assessment that performed by students mainly. Firstly, the assessment content should be much more integrity and couldn't be localized to teachers' level assessment. Secondly, deviation and errors may be produced due to the characteristics difference of courses. And thirdly, the validity and reliability of the assessing data couldn' t be assured. In order to overcome these drawbacks, this paperproposes a new assessment system and introduces a series of methods to guarantee the validity and reliabilty of data for assessment.

Abstract:With the continuous development of our country's social economy and undergraduate education teaching reform, colleges and universities should "focus on training innovative, compound, applied talents", the applied talents training mentioned a prominent position, for higher education talent training pointed out the direction. As the backbone and foundation of the development of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities, the society from all walks of life is paying more and more attention to the training quality of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities and the teaching evaluation of teachers. Abstract:China plays an important role in the global basic education of mathematics. Moreover, China has a lot of educational experience and methods and trains many excellent talents in the field of mathematics. However, there are still various disadvantages in the process of mathematics teaching. The traditional exam-oriented education makes the talent thought of mathematics education lack openness. Teachers also focus on difficult problems, partial questions, and exam questions during teaching. When teaching, teachers cannot contact students' daily life, which has low value. Mathematics teaching methods are too rigid and lack attraction. Most teachers focus on contents in textbooks while students cannot understand the value of mathematics in learning. This results in the decline of most students' interest in mathematics courses. To solve this problem, mathematical modeling teaching is put forward. China has a short application time in this field, and mathematical modeling is complex and systematic. When dealing with mathematical modeling problems, we must be able to skillfully use the basic knowledge learned and also involve the knowledge of other disciplines, so we must realize the integration of the knowledge of various disciplines. In addition, mathematical modeling teaching attaches great importance to students' communication ability, mathematical interpretation ability, and teamwork ability. Teachers can improve students' ability; however, our teachers' abilities in mathematical modeling teaching are uneven and there are no relevant standards. Therefore, it is necessary to establish an evaluation index system to accurately judge teachers' abilities. Based on this, this study uses the Delphi AHP method to construct the evaluation index system and selects four criteria level indexes and 12 index level indexes to judge teachers' mathematical modeling teaching ability.

Abstract:In recent years, with the popularization of higher education, quality problems have become increasingly prominent, and government documents often propose that the main task of education reform and development is to improve the quality of higher education. As a result, teaching evaluations have appeared one after another. Although various evaluation activities are carried out dynamically, expert evaluation has proven to be one of the most effective methods to ensure professional quality. This will help improve the quality of human resource development, promote regional economic development, improve the quality assurance system of higher education, and promote the formation of professional skills development mechanisms. This article studies the teaching evaluation index system and intelligent evaluation methods of vocational undergraduate pilot colleges, understands the relevant knowledge of the teaching evaluation index system on the basis of literature data, and then, constructs the teaching evaluation system of vocational undergraduate pilot colleges. The constructed system is tested, and the test results show that the error of the results of teacher self-evaluation and student evaluation is controlled within the two, which also verifies that the construction of the teaching ability evaluation index system this time is reasonable and scientific.

Abstract:Undergraduate education is the basic stage of personnel training.Quantification assessment of undergraduate teaching in internal departments of universities is an effective way to improve the teaching quality and establish long-effect mechanism of teaching quality evaluation.Taking zhejiang university as an example,this paper discusses the construction of undergraduate teaching quality evaluation system in research university.From three levels of input,output,and process,this paper briefly introduces quality evaluation method and analysis methods of the undergraduate teaching quality with the hope of providing referential practice guidelines to undergraduate education evaluation in domestic internal departments of research universities.

Abstract:An index system on university′s teaching evaluation is presented, and an evaluation model is constructed by adopting Analysis Hierarchy Process to ascertain right weight and combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with the Grey System Theory. Three teachers′ teaching contents, methods, manner and basic training are evaluated. The results are preciser. A feedback mechanism is also established, which is an effective guarantee to improve the teaching quality.

Abstract:Objective To develop an index system for evaluation index system for community general practice teaching base.Methods A draft of evaluation index system for community general practice teaching base was preliminarily developed on the basis of literature research.Two rounds Delphi consultations with 32 experts of general practice were conducted between July 2014 and May 2015.The results of consultation were analyzed and the evaluation index system for community teaching base was established.Results In two rounds of Delphi consultation,the positive coefficients were both 100％,the authority coefficient of experts were 0.879 and 0.897,respectively,and the coordination coefficient were 0.165 and 0.204 (P ＜0.01).The established evaluation index system consisted of 4 first-class indexes,8 second-class indexes and 27 third-class indexes.Four first-class indexes were basic conditions,teaching conditions,teaching staff and teaching practice.Conclusion The established evaluation index system may be used to accredit community general practice teaching base and to improve the quality of general practitioner training.

Abstract:The paper analyzes the inadequacy of methods and standards of the current teaching evaluation of vocational colleges, set up a more scientific and reasonable evaluation criteria, multiple evaluation subject, cross-platform evaluation mechanism,evaluation results of real-time feedback and tracking to ensure that teaching evaluation is carried out effectively. Abstract:Objective:To construct the teaching quality evaluation index system for clinical teachers of undergraduate nursing students based on teaching managers' perspective so as to provide a basis for clinical teaching management of undergraduate nursing students.Methods:From May 2018 to September 2019, the expert enquiry questionnaire on the teaching quality evaluation index system for clinical teachers of undergraduate nursing students based on teaching managers' perspective was developed by the literature review and expert interview. Delphi technique was used to select 20 nursing teaching management experts, 16 of them from 4 ClassⅢ Grade A teaching hospitals in Beijing, 4 of them from a nursing undergraduate university to carry out two rounds of expert enquiry.Results:The initial construction of the teaching quality evaluation index system for clinical teachers of undergraduate nursing students based on teaching managers' perspective included 5 first-level indexes and 30 second-level indexes. The valid recovery rates, expert authoritative coefficients, Kendall coordination coefficients of two rounds of expert enquiry questionnaire were 100%, 0.83 and 0.86, 0.395 and 0.554 respectively ( P<0.01) with the satisfied consistency test results and credible enquiry results. Conclusions:The construction of the teaching quality evaluation index system for clinical teachers of undergraduate nursing students based on teaching managers' perspective is scientifically rigorous. The system has definite evaluation indexes, rational administrative levels, objective and reliable system which could provide a basis for clinical teaching management of undergraduate nursing students.

Abstract:The key step in evaluating the quality of clinical nursing practice education lies in establishing a scientific, objective, and feasible index system. Current assessments of clinical teaching typically measure hospital learning environments, classroom teaching, teaching competency, or the internship quality of nursing students. As a result, clinical evaluations are often insufficient to provide focused feedback, guide faculty development, or identify specific areas for clinical teachers to implement change and improvement. Therefore, the purpose of our study was to to construct a scientific, systematic, and clinically applicable evaluation index system of clinical nursing practice teaching quality and determine each indicator's weight to provide references for the scientific and objective evaluation of clinical nursing practice teaching quality.

Abstract:Objective To acknowledge the status of Health Emergency Management Teaching Cases,and collect the indexes of evaluating teaching cases,to make the initial evaluation index system of teaching cases.Methods We collected data about the evaluation of Health Emergency Management Teaching Cases,using focus group discussions and individual in-depth interviews,and analyzed the data using qualitative inquiry with software NVIVO8.0.Results The study formed an initial evaluation index system,including four dimensions:material,structure,literary and practical.Conclusions The index system could be the basis of writing health emergency teaching cases,and evaluate the cases.In order to improve its objection,we should do more investigations and studies.

Abstract:This paper aims to explore the construction of a digital literacy evaluation index system for pre-service international Chinese language teachers. Through comprehensive literature analysis, survey analysis, and data validation, the study delves deeply into the digital literacy of pre-service international Chinese language teachers. By analyzing current challenges and integrating research findings from both domestic and international sources, the study defines the connotation of digital literacy for international Chinese language teachers and constructs an evaluation system comprising four dimensions (digital technology application ability, digital technology teaching ability, digital technology research and learning ability, and digital technology awareness and attitude) and 15 specific indicators. The rationality and effectiveness of the evaluation system were validated through questionnaire surveys and data analysis. This research not only promotes the enhancement of digital literacy among pre-service international Chinese language teachers and enriches the theoretical system of teacher digital literacy evaluation, but also provides strong support for the digital development in the field of international Chinese language education.

Abstract:The distance education is an important part of “internet plus modern education”. The construction of teaching quality of distance education is the key factor of the development of the modern distance education. The index system of teaching quality of distance education should follow the principle of comprehensiveness, objectivity and applicability. By the means of questionnaire survey and literature analysis, the index system of teaching quality of distance education, including four first-level indicators (index of management of teaching process, index of construction of teaching conditions, index of system of teaching service and index of evaluation of teaching effect) and sixteen second-level indicators, is given in this paper. Based on AHP, the weight of each index is given to calculate the result of index system of teaching quality of distance education.

Abstract:Abstract The lack of an effective evaluation system for the process and effect of interactive teaching of English in colleges and universities has resulted in a disconnect between the status quo of English teaching in many colleges and universities and the effect of teaching, so it is of great significance to know how to put forward a quantitative analytical model to promote the effect of interactive teaching of English in colleges and universities. The article takes University A as the research object, constructs the evaluation index system of the interactive teaching effect of English in colleges and universities, and adopts the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method to evaluate the interactive teaching effect of English in colleges and universities. Finally, the qualitative comparative analysis method is used to further explore the specific factors that affect the interactive teaching effect of English in colleges and universities. The total affiliation vector B=(0.06,0.07,0.04,0.02), combined with the teaching quality evaluation grade classification standard, determines that the English classroom interactive teaching effect grade is good. The conditional grouping patterns of high-level problem solving can be derived into four groups, namely, gender-balanced type fueled by collaborative relationships, gender-balanced type fueled by teaching interventions, heterogeneous type within the group dominated by teaching interventions, and close relationship type dominated by teaching interventions.

In the light of the selected and processed data and some other auxiliary approaches,the writer suggests that a modernized quantitative monitoring system be established to improve English teaching quality. Under this system,teachers' and students' English level and the quality of testpapers can be evaluated in an objective way. Consequently,the subsequent measures such as teachers' teaching and development as well as students' learning and development.

Abstract:Objective To develop a quality evaluation index system of simulation teaching in nursing. Methods Delphi technique was used to formulate the quality evaluation indicators of simulation teaching through a two-round expert consultation among 27 experts. Results The questionnaire recovery rates were 96. 43% and 100% in two rounds, and the experts′ authority coefficient was 0. 89. Finally the teaching quality evaluation index system of nursing simulation was determined, including 5 first level indicators, 14 secondary level indicators and 62 tertiary level indicators. The primary index was CV 0. 00-0. 08, and the coordination coefficients of secondary and tertiary indexes were 0.515 and 0.589. Conclusions The quality evaluation index system of nursing scene simulation teaching is scientific and reliable, which could provide nursing educators with systematic and objective tool of simulation teaching quality evaluation.
