Abstract:With privately owned high-technology and newly established enterprises as the research objects,it expounds the rationalization of using the network theory on the base of reviewing the previous research on entrepreneurship and in the combination of analyzing the Chinese culture and the transition socioeconomic background. Then it presents a conceptual framework of the interactive mechanism for relational network and entrepreneurship,and discusses it in detail by explaining the value of network in the different stage of entrepreneur and the evolution law of entrepreneurial network. Finally it probes into the problem of how to construct and manage the entrepreneurial network at the levels of entrepreneur,government and society.

Abstract:This paper discusses the evaluation method of mobile internet social apps through a humanist perspective. We analyzed classic humanlogy theories such as Marxist practical human thought and demand theory, Freud's sub consciousness theory, Sartre's freedom to pursue ideas, Fromm's interpersonal and social demand, Marcuse creative lust theory and Maslow's hierarchy of needs in the growth of the existing research achievements, etc. By integrating the interaction design theory with related digital art design theory, we carried out a series of experiments to explore this new evaluation method for social applications. Research conducted in this paper based on the study of Social applications DPCF (Demand Production Consume Feeling) model and the SFT (Social Feeling Tools) Social application evaluation model, provides new methods to optimize the design of social applications.

Abstract:With the rapid development of internet economy,the information communications are more convenient and transaction costs continue to drop.Based on the evolution of high technology,the internet industry irons and cuts off the spread of information flow.The new industries and forms derived from it, based on intersection and infiltration of knowledge,help China to better climb the global innovation value chains and promote the quality of China economy.In its process of the vigorous development,human cap-ital and institutional factors play important roles.For the soft environment,high quality human capital and environmental benign institutional system contributing to development of the internet economy and promo-ting platform strategy,industry of the commons and the formation and optimization of industrial forest. This paper will analyze regional differences,influential factors and determinants of the development of the internet economy.By quantitative analysis based on elasticity of human capital and the development of in-stitution,we will elaborate the endogenous driven power of the development of the Internet economy and explore the focus and policy suggestions.

Abstract:Intellectualization has been an inevitable trend in the information network, allowing the net-work to achieve the capabilities of self-learning, self-optimization, and self-evolution in the dynamic envi-ronment. Due to the strong adaptability to the environ-ment, the cognitive theory methods from psychology gradually become an excellent approach to construct the intelligent information network (IIN), making the traditional definition of the intelligent information net-work no longer appropriate. Moreover, the thinking capability of existing IINs is always limited. This pa-per redefines the intelligent information network and illustrates the required properties of the architecture, core theory, and critical technologies by analyzing the existing intelligent information network. Besides, we innovatively propose a novel network cognition model with the network knowledge to implement the intel-ligent information network. The proposed model can perceive the overall environment data of the network and extract the knowledge from the data. As the model's core, the knowledge guides the model to gen-erate the optimal decisions adapting to the environ-mental changes. At last, we present the critical tech-nologies needed to accomplish the proposed network cognition model.

Abstract:Basing on the concept of Competitive Intelligence and Human Network,and the factors of the influence of Human Intelligence Network in the activity of Competitive Intelligence are analyzed.Then,according to the primary procedure of Human Intelligence Network,the commonly model of Human Intelligence Network based on the operational function in enterprises is proposed.Besides the questionnaire is designed and through practice survey,the paper uses the methods of cluster analysis in dealing with the results of the survey.Finally,the results of the cluster analysis are analyzed.

Abstract:In recent years,studies on the impact of internet on civil society in China become a heated field.We review present studies and point out their weaknesses here in a critical and reflective way.First,thanks to NGOs' contribution in 2008 Wenchuan great earthquake,many scholars overestimate the development of civil society in China;second,under western centrism and technological determinism,they simply interpret the internet as a platform for social forces to challenge the state;third,as to the issue of web public sphere,thinness of theoretical resources,inadequate inquiries of group polarization,and simplistic understanding of rationality in online discussion are major drawbacks.At last,to further the research,we propose some approaches:multiply theoretical foundations,shift research perspectives,explore new research methods and select proper methodology consciously and reflectively.

Abstract:Human resources are the cornerstone of operational operation. Good management of human resource information can enable businesses to operate effectively. However, for the time being, most enterprises still use traditional methods of allocating human resources, which are difficult to meet the development needs of enterprises. In order to find the optimal allocation of human resources in an enterprise, this article is based on “Internet + artificial intelligence,” using methods such as case analysis and literature analysis to collect data from databases such as CNKI, Wanfang Database, and SSCI, and uses fog computing to build a model for the optimal allocation of human resources which is proposed, and a large number of relevant literature studies are read and analyzed through the literature survey method. According to the research needs, through the research and summary of the content of the literature, the research structure found that there are many problems in the current human resource information management system. After the optimization of models and algorithms, the allocation of human resources has been greatly improved. The matching rate of personnel and job positions has increased by more than 50%. The operation efficiency index of the enterprise is above 0.8, an increase of about 30%. This shows that “Internet + artificial intelligence” can effectively optimize the enterprise human resource information management system, promote the greater use of its human resource value, bring higher economic returns to the enterprise, and provide assistance for the long-term stable and healthy development of the enterprise.

Abstract:With the continuous development of artificial intelligence technology, its application prospects in computer network technology are gradually showing. In the introduction, the research points out the importance and prospects of artificial intelligence in computer networks, and then introduces the basic concepts and technologies of artificial intelligence in computer network technology from the aspects of machine learning technology, intelligent interaction technology and data analysis technology. In the application of enterprise network architecture, this study reveals the intelligent upgrading of network equipment such as routers and switches, as well as the way of using artificial intelligence in security defense and risk management. In terms of mobile Internet network technology, this study analyzes the deep integration of artificial intelligence and 5G mobile communication, as well as the improvement of network service quality and the artificial transformation of operation support technology. Finally, this paper draws the conclusion that artificial intelligence is becoming the strongest assistant in the field of computer network technology, and it is the direction of future network technology development.

Abstract:As the most critical resource to promote the continuous growth of economic volume, human resources are indispensable to the development of the industry. With the development of market economy and the improvement of people's pursuit of quality of life, the time of talent flow is increasing, which forms the social network of human capital. As a new stock, human capital social network can have an impact on individual thoughts or behaviors. This paper with a recruitment website workers repeatedly changes employment resume as the research object and uses literature research and empirical analysis based on human capital social network model analysis for the industry distribution of employment analysis and discussion. The results show that the IT internet industry in labor cross-industry network has high resource control and information advantage and has large correlation with other industries; traditional industry is limited; construction, leasing, and business services, electricity, heat, coal, and water flow frequency are the lowest; and the network structure is more stable.

Abstract:[Purpose/Significance]How to improve their international competitive edge has become a vital issue in the enhanced scale of internationalization of Chinese corporations.The theoretical implications and effects of human intelligence networks are discussed in this re-search.[Method/Process]Based on prior literature as well as field research of corporations"going abroad" in Shaanxi,the questions are explored as how corporations improve their competitiveness and accelerate their internationalization process through three channels of hu-man intelligence networks:government, market,and social channels and several hypotheses are tested.[Result/Conclusion]The main findings are as follows:a. Market and social channels favor loosely connected weak ties with high heterogeneity while densely connected and highly homogeneous strong ties are less frequently used. b. Government channels value both strong ties and weak ties in that strong ties are suitable for acquiring strategic intelligence while weak ties help accumulate non-redundant information. c. Strong ties matter in ac-quiring tacit knowledge. The main conclusion is that human intelligence networks are indispensable social resources during the internation-alization process and thus should be strategically reinforced and utilized by Chinese corporations.

Abstract:[Purpose/Significance]In the context of the Internet of Everything and social computing, the fields, objectives, needs and means involved in intelligence work are increasingly rich and diverse, and the development of intelligence must balance the interests of all parties. The development of intelligence game theory in this context can help the intelligence department to sort out the information of com﹣petitors and the competitive environment, balance the input and output of intelligence work, and adapt to the new requirements of econom﹣ic globalization for the development of intelligence. [Method/Process] This paper first expounds the theoretical basis and connotation of intelligence game, analyzes the essential characteristics of intelligence game, then discusses the types of intelligence games and the game processes of each type. Finally, the information game is introduced and analyzed by examples.
