Abstract:It has been believed that information technology can be applied to enhance the competitive advantage of an enterprise. However, it is very important for the successful implementation of Management Information System that the enterprise needs bring about the merger between technology and man, technology and organization.Building enterprise network culture based on Intranet is the basis of the merger of management IT. There are two types of applications for information technology: structured and non-structured. The non-structured applications based on Intranet promote the building of enterprise network culture,the merger of management IT, and the successful implementation of MRPⅡ/ERP。
