Reform on practical teaching system for quaternity of "Learning-practice-research-innovation"under background of new engineering

Abstract:By referring to the experience from MIT ,Olin College and domestic colleges and universities ,this paper proposes the 3D ability connotation of knowledge thinking ,personal quality and leadership ability for the new engineering talents .From the following aspects :the"Platform+module+project" training mode ,the three-levels' ability training system of"Basics+application+comprehensive innovation",the curriculum system for the experimental and practical teaching ,the diversified practical activities ,the practical base construction ,the mechanism ,the guarantee system ,etc ., the exploration is carried out .The two-sections' graduation practice ,the E-star future plan and the comprehensive competition practical model are innovated . The platforms such as the mass entrepreneurship space for the wireless industry ,the university-enterprise cooperation practical base , the virtual enterprise laboratory , the innovation and entrepreneurship teaching center ,etc .,are established .A set of the multi-level ,modular and research-based practical teaching system which relies on the advantages of the government industry disciplines for the training of the innovative and entrepreneurial engineering talents in the electronic information majors is formed , and the certain results are achieved .
