On Understanding Undergraduates' Innovative Ability and Teaching Practice

Abstract:This paper describes the understanding the cultivation of innovative ability and teaching methods of problem-based learning.With guidance of innovative ideas,we use modern technological means for laboratory management in order to provide condition for undergraduates to carry out inquiry learning and practical activities,and make the beneficial exploration on cultivating undergraduates' innovative ability.Taking the undergraduates' research practice in the major of electronics & information as an example,the paper introduces the organization and management methods of the research practice and some results achieved in recent years.
