Abstract:Experimental teaching effectiveness in colleges and universities can be greatly improved in autonomous learning and open laboratory teaching environments. How to adapt the open teaching mode is a key problem for the laboratory staffs. The laboratory teachers are the core of experimental teaching, so the good professional quality will play an important role in the teaching mode of open laboratory. This paper discussed the teacher professional quality requirements for the open laboratory, which can provide certain reference opinion for the open laboratory construction in colleges and universities.
