Abstract:First,the quantitative analysis on physical examination status is done by the historical data in healthcare center.Then,the improvement strategies are presented from the aspects of the hard environment,soft environment and informatization construction in the center.Finally,the quantitative analysis process of physical examination status based on information flow is worked out,the basic statistics analysis model is constructed,and a quantitative analysis system on physical examination status is designed.The system improves the service quality and efficiency of physical examination obviously.

Abstract:Objective Basing on functional requirements of military hospital apartment management and distribution system analyzing,to design an apartment management and distribution system for more accurate and efficient information management of hospital logistics,in order to reduce traditionally experience-based manual management and improve the unbalance between hardware and software development during the informationization process.Methods The system was designed using SQL database as backend system and PowerBuilder data application system as the front-end development tool.Results Using the system,the information of camp location,buildings,apartments and living situation could be tracked,queried,modified and deleted in real-time by the managers.Conclusions By using of the system,the management and allocation of apartments in the military hospital camp are improved effectively,which upgrad the management of hospital camp property.The system is easy to operate and should be used widely.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2011,32(3):38-40,42]
Multidimensional Analysis on Teaching Chinese Orthopedics Teaching Method

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of multidimensional Chinese orthopedics teaching practice teaching method.Methods The choice of traditional Chinese medicine, Changchun level 2011 Department of traditional Chinese medicine four class 192 students as the object of study, from March 2015 to June 2016 as study time points, to the class as a unit grouping, before two classes as the control group, application routine teaching method for practical teaching, two classes as the experimental group, using multi-dimensional teaching method teaching, through tests and teachers' questionnaire form contrast two teaching methods of teaching effect and clinical practical effect at the end of the semester.Results In the control group, the average score of the ifnal examination (81.37±1.60), 80.04% of the teachers' satisfaction during the internship period. In the experimental group, the average score of the ifnal examination (92.52±2.27), and the patients' satisfaction degree was 91.71%. Compared with the two groups of students learning achievement and practice, the results have significant statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Multidimensional practice teaching in traditional Chinese orthopedics is very positive and positive inlfuence, which not only can signiifcantly improve the speed and quality of teaching, better able to from many aspects, improve the quality of orthopedics and traumatology, and can be applied in the teaching work.

Abstract:This study aims to demonstrate how to do paired sample t-test using SPSS software to analyze the effect of the application of anti-fire bamboo teaching materials on student learning outcomes. SPSS software is a very common statistical software in educational research that can be used to analyze the differences of a variable after being given treatment. One of the variables that can be analyzed is the difference in student learning outcomes. Teaching materials used in learning can cause differences in student learning outcomes. This research uses fire-resistant bamboo as multimedia-based teaching material to study the properties of the material and its changes. The results of the analysis using SPSS software showed that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes after using fire-resistant bamboo as multimedia-based teaching material. Student learning outcomes become improved and these teaching materials make it easier for students to understand the concepts being taught.

Abstract:Objective: To study and design a software system of filling out and submitting on line for the utilization rate of medical equipment so as to realize automatic analysis for the utilization rate of medical equipment in accordance with the time slot. Methods: SQL Server2000 was used as backend database, and Visual Studi2005 that was object-oriented language was adopted as procedure software to research this system. The filled data of client-side were saved in internal storage array of client, and the array of internal storage could be visited through Socket C of client, and then all of these data were disposably send to server. The Socket of server saved these received data in array of internal storage through the link of Socket C at client-side. And server was used as bridge between client and database through to link active data object of Sql serve2000 database, and it saved these received data of client and visited these data of database, and then returned to client and displayed them at client. Results: The software system realized submission on line for the service situation of medical equipment and saved the times of department that used medical equipment and statistic staff who count utilization rate. Through statistic analysis of computer, the system tremendously reduced the error rate and enhanced the accuracy and work efficiency of statistic work for the utilization rate of medical equipment. Conclusion: The software system can effectively replace the manual filling and calculate the utilization situation of medical equipment, and it can enhance timeliness and accuracy of statistic analysis for the utilization of medical equipment.

Abstract:Analysis and diagnosis according to the collected physical data are an important part in the physical examination. Through the data analysis of the physical examination results and expert diagnoses, the physical condition of a specific physical examination unit can be achieved which may guide individual health development. However, in general, the application of physical examination data is insufficient in most of the current physical examination organizations. Therefore, in the present study, statistical analysis and intelligent diagnosis were applied to maximize the utilization of physical examination data. The physical examination data collected from different departments of Dalian University of Technology were statistically analyzed and then synthesized for stimulating the thinking mode and knowledge framework of medical experts by a learning model on machine, resulting in the construction of an intelligent physical examination diagnosis method with 93.4% accuracy confirmed by experts. In conclusion, a potential artificial intelligence model of psychical examination data on health analysis and intelligent diagnosis was established, which may become more and more accurate with data accumulation in the near future.

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of SPOC combined seminar teaching in the Advanced Nursing Practice course for postgraduates of master of nursing specialist（MNS）. Methods The MNS students were divided into the control group（n=33） and the experimental group（n=29） according to their class. The experimental group employed SPOC combined seminar teaching,while the control group used traditional teaching. The critical thinking ability of the two groups was evaluated by the Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory before and after the teaching respectively. Besides,the theoretical test and comprehensive report scores,teaching quality evaluation and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After teaching,the critical thinking ability score of the experimental group（300.97±26.45） was higher than that of the control group（283.67±17.39）,and the difference was statistically significant（P＜0.05）. Similarly,the score on the comprehensive report and the evaluation of teaching quality of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group（P＜0.05）. In addition,the satisfaction of the experimental group in the two aspects of “helping to improve clinical problem analysis ability”and “helping to improve clinical nursing ability” was significantly higher than that of the control group（P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of SPOC combined seminar teaching method in Advanced Nursing Practice courses can effectively improve the critical thinking ability among postgraduates of MNS,and enhance the learning effect,teaching quality as well as students’ satisfaction toward teaching.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application effect of a self-developed management software in clinical nursing-intern-teaching.Methods The ISO/IEC9126 model was applied to evaluate the quality of the nursing-intern management software by investigating 39 teaching group leaders in clinical ward.We compared the workload of nursing department and the accuracy and efficiency of data uploaded by the teaching group leaders.The software was evaluated both subjectively and objectively.Results Teaching group leaders' evaluation on the newly developed software was better than traditional Excel model.The new software could save time for the nursing department and improve the accuracy and efficiency of teaching group' leaders' work by optimizing the workflow.Conclusions The new developed nursing-intern-teaching management software includes highly practical features,functionality and portability,and could improve the efficiency of nursing teaching management.

Abstract:Objective To learn the overall results of professional theory test of graduate assessment of clinical medicine in a university of Beijing,and to help make out questions for the exam more reasonable and scientifical.Methods The examination papers quality and exam results were analyzed by applying education measurement.The database was established by Microsoft Office Excel and the data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software.Results The students' scores showed a normal distribution.The mean score of internal medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology,pediatrics is 71.42,85.37,68.94 and 79.92,the item difficulty is 0.72,0.85,0.68 and 0.79,the discrimination is 0.18,0.11,0.18 and 0.18.The reliability is 0.86,respectively.Conclusions By demonstrating good reliability,acceptable distribution,reasonable difficulty and the results of the examination were shown to accurately reflect the knowledge and ability of the students who took the examination.The discrimination still needs to be improved.

Abstract:Despite the numerous advantages of mastering biostatistics, medical students generally perceive biostatistics as a difficult and challenging subject and even experience anxiety during the courses. Evidence for the correlation between students' academic achievements and their attitudes, indicating that attitudes at the beginning of the biostatistics course may affect cognitive competence at the end of the course and subsequently influence student academic performance. However, there are current disagreements regarding the measurement and evaluation of attitudes related to statistics. Thus, there is a need for standard instruments to assess them. This study was conducted to develop a Chinese version of the Survey of Attitudes Toward Statistics (SATS-36) in order to acquire a valid instrument to measure medical students' attitudes toward biostatistics under Chinese medical educational background.

Abstract:Modern information technology was used to establish the simulating interview question bank which includes the parts of medical history,physical examination,primary diagnosis,lab test, treatment,confirmed diagnosis and the final case abstract according to the clinical management process. Results of the application in gynecology and obstetrics teaching assessment among the medical probation showed that the simulating interview question bank had some advantages in assessing the student's ability of the knowledge comprehensive evaluation,self-thinking and synthetic analyzing. It could also make au-tomatic analysis after the examination and provide teaching feedback. This novel teaching assessment could be optimized and applied extensively.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:Suggestions and training in developing a computer software for analysis of arterial blood gases in treatment to be used in clinic and teaching.METHODS:The software was edited by means of Delphi 7.0 and closely combined with Windows operating system. The knowledge base was built with Microsoft Access and HTML format files. The treatment suggestions and knowledge base of the software were built according to the correlated diagnosis and treatment guidelines of Chinese Medical Association, Practical Medicine (edition 12) edited by CHEN Hao-zhu, Medicine (edition 6) edited by YE Ren-gao, Modern Clinical Blood Gases Analysis edited by QIAN Gui-sheng, Concise Clinical Blood Gas Analysis edited by LUO Yan-jie, and the experience of the experts of our hospital.RESULTS:(1)The model of treatment suggestions consisted of the treatment objective and the treatment suggestions,and its contents included simple acid-base disturbance, mixed acid-base disturbance, respiratory failure,metabolic disturbances of sodium potassium and chloride. The calculation formulae included calculation formulae for the correction of acid-base disturbance and electrolyte disturbance. (2)Arterial blood gas analysis training software contained knowledge database of arterial blood gas analysis, clinical opinions of arterial blood gas analysis, exam database of arterial blood gas analysis, knowledge of arterial blood gas analysis graph, calculation formulas, correlated books and websites,assistance and so on.CONCLUSION:The software could be used as a reference by clinical doctors in clinic, it could also be used for teaching and training. It is scientific, state-of-the art, and valuable in clinical practice.

Abstract:The medical consulting service,disease inquiry and seeking medical advice functions of 10 commonly available APP software in China for seeking medical advice,such as Rapid Asking Doctors, Handholding Doctor Selection,and Chunyu Handholding Doctors,were compared,which showed that although the functions of APP software in China for seeking medical advice could meet the requirement of people for seeking medical advice,importance should be further attached to their accurate and integrative information and establishment of profit-making model in order to promote the sustainable development of medical APP software.

Abstract:The R software has become popular among researchers due to its flexibility and open-source nature. However, researchers in the fields of public health and epidemiological studies are more customary to commercial statistical softwares such as SAS, SPSS and Stata. This paper provides a comprehensive comparison on analysis of health survey data using the R survey package, SAS, SPSS and Stata. We describe detailed R codes and procedures for other software packages on commonly encountered statistical analyses, such as estimation of population means and regression analysis, using datasets from the Canadian Longitudinal Study on Aging (CLSA). It is hoped that the paper stimulates interest among health science researchers to carry data analysis using R and also serves as a cookbook for statistical analysis using different software packages.

Construction and application of multidimensional evaluation system for standardized residency training in a tertiary district hospital in Beijing

Abstract:Objective:In order to improve the quality of standardized residency training in a tertiary hospital in Beijing, and to establish a multi-dimensional evaluation system based on post competency and professional accomplishment.Methods:The residents trained in our hospital were evaluated by questionnaires sent by third parties from the five aspects of evaluation by patients, peers, nurses, superiors and themselves. In this paper, SPSS 24.0 software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the multidimensional evaluation scale. The evaluation results were analyzed by ANOVA and Pearson correlation analysis.Results:The hospital met the requirements for the post competency and professional accomplishment of the residents, and the overall level was good. However, the teamwork ability of some residents, especially the medical communication still needs to be improved.Conclusion:This study has enabled residents to pay more attention to the development of daily post competencies and professional accomplishment behaviors. It has provided an example basis for the further development of standardized residency training in the hospital, and carried out preliminary exploration for the design of training modules.

Abstract:An embedded visual remote medical monitoring front-end system is introduced, which has the functions of embedded Web transmission of medical students' mental health monitoring data, voice intercom and high-definition visual monitoring. A survey was conducted among 718 medical students using the Five-Factor Mindfulness Awareness Scale, College Students' Psychological Harmony Scale, Self-Esteem Scale, Interpersonal Interpersonal Diagnosis Scale, Trait Coping Style Questionnaire and Symptom Self-Rating Scale. The construction strategy of the smart medical system aims to provide new ideas and references for the smart medical system to adapt to the ever-expanding medical application needs. SPSS 21.0 is used to test the internal consistency of the questionnaire results.

Abstract:Objective Training a few medical students as standardized patients to teach and test other medical students'physical examination skills is a good way to compensate the deficient teaching resources and improve the medical students'clinical capabilities.Methods We spent 12 class hours to train 6 students as standardized patients.Then we used these 6 students'standardized patients to help the teacher to educate medical students in experimental group,while students in the control group only had traditional class under the construction of the teachers as before.At last,we collected their final physical examination skills'score.Results The final physical examination skill score of experimental group(85.78±5.89)is higher than that of control group(84.53±4.64)(P<0.05);and the final physical examination skill score of ssp(87.40±3.25)is higher than their classmates (85.78±5.89).Conclusion The ssp teaching method improves students'physical examination skills effectively and ssp themselves benefit more from this new teaching method.
Influence of Educational Background on the Mental Health of Preschool Teachers in Chongqing, China by Computer Software SPSS

Abstract:According to the current situation of preschool teachers’ mental health and education background in Chongqing, this paper investigates the correlation between the influencing factors of different education background on preschool teachers’ mental health level, and analyzes whether the influence of different education background on the mental health level is different. Using the SCL90 mental health test scale and computer software SPSS, a stratified random sampling method was carried out in Chongqing. Taking 500 kindergarten teachers in 20 kindergartens as survey samples, the results of 98 questions in two dimensions involved in the questionnaire were summarized and analyzed. Finally, there are 410 valid questionnaires, 33.66% of them have mental health problems. The main mental health problems of preschool teachers are anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, obsessive-compulsive symptoms and somatization. Chi square analysis of preschool teachers’ education background and mental health level showed that x2 value was 7.423, P value was 0.006, less than 0.5. There was significant difference in the mental health level of preschool teachers with different education background. It can be seen from this that the causes of the mental health problems faced by preschool teachers with different education background will be different, and the influence of the same cause on the mental health of preschool teachers with different education background will be different. According to the different education background, corresponding strategies should be taken for the mental health level of preschool teachers with different education background.
