Abstract:There are many forms of mass sports in our country,which lead to the theoretical categories such as urban and rural equilibrium theory,government control theory, transformation development theory and economic chain theory, which lay the foundation of practical development.At present,China's mass sports is facing a serious imbalance in the allocation of resources of urban and rural mass sports,the lack of market participation mechanism of mass sports,the lack of the operation strategy of community mass sports and the lack of long-term mechanism, the weak cultural value of social organizations, Management system reform,give full play to the role of the market in the development of mass sports,urban and rural coordinated develop-ment strategy,build a universal sports service system.
