Abstract:Introduction. With the continuous development of science and technology and the progress of society, the operation and management of smart sports venues has become an important topic in the new era. Smart sports stadium operation and management uses advanced technical means and management concepts, improve the operational efficiency and user experience of the stadium, to achieve sustainable development. Purpose. This paper will discuss the background and importance of the operation and management of smart sports venues, introduce the concept and characteristics of smart sports venues, put forward corresponding operation and management strategies, and analyze the challenges faced and solutions.
