Abstract:The pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis is complex, since the cause is unknown, there is no cure in the field of medicine. Mawangdui guided exercises are beneficial for the adjunctive treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. This research introduces the guiding-learning method and the instructing method into the teaching process which using Mawangdui guided exercises to cure ankylosing spondylitis and achieves good results in teaching. The study can provide a reference for the clinical application of Mawangdui guided exercises and the adjunctive treatment of ankylosing spondylitis.
