Analysis of Transition and Problem of Gaokao Mark Adding Policy

Abstract:Gaokao mark adding policy has approximately experienced “dominated by Policy”,“dominated by compete” and “regard both as equally important”,the change of its development path on the whole show out the pursuit of fairness and efficiency. At present, the criticisms are as follows:First is each department acting on its own,cause adding items numerous,and adding standards are different;Second is policy too flexibility,easy to power rent-seeking,breeding education corruption;Third is the generation of benefit,con-trary to the original system aim,and format education misleading;Fourth is the allocation of power dispersed,increase supervision difficulty,and has obvious class advantage. So,the reform should pay more attention to the construction standard and system fair design and supervision mechanism,to avoid the new Gaokao contradiction.
