Probing into the Artistic Features and Sports Values of Tibetan Dance Named Guozhuang

Abstract:Tibetan dance named Guozhuang is a rarity in the folk art, and it shows the unique life mood by unique performance such as “chattering” ”slinging” ”whirling” ”smoothing” with other Tibetan ethnic cultural charm of the music and the style. Guozhuang dance is both an art and Tibetan sports form. To explore the art origin of Tibetan Guozhuang, from the viewpoint of move?ment, music, clothing and so on, to analyze its artistic features, combined with its fitness and entertainment functions, the paper in?vestigates the sports value of fitness, mental health and cultural function. It is important significance of the national culture inherit?ance and development during the multicultural period.
