Development and Value of Course Resources of Guo Zhuang Dance and Sports in Gannan Tibetan Region Based on Data Analysis

Abstract:This paper adopts a variety of research methods such as literature, field investigation, and questionnaire. It analyzes and explores the exploitation situation and value of the sports curriculum resources of Guozhuang dance in Gannan Tibetan area. The results show that exploiting the sports curriculum resources of Guozhuang dance in this area can effectively promote the reform of its curriculum and enrich the content of physical education in schools. Moreover, it can promote and inherit ethnic culture, improve teachers' professional quality, and effectively solve the phenomenon of insufficient sports teaching sites and equipment shortage. Thus, all kinds of schools in Gannan Tibetan area should focus more on the exploitation of sports curriculum resources of Guozhuang dance. Schools should ensure the effective allocation of all kinds of resources needed for the exploitation of curriculum resources and the implementation of its development system, so that the excellent Tibetan Guozhuang dance will last forever.
