Evaluation on Emergency Capability for Sudden Events of Coalmine Based on AHP -TOPSIS

Abstract:The emergency capability of coal enterprises is the most important content of safety management in coal mine.In order to improve the level of emergency capability of coal enterprises, the paper proposes the eval-uation model for emergency capability of sudden events in coalmine.The evaluation weights are determined by AHP; the standard values of evaluation grading are set;the distances between the evaluated coal enterprises and the positive ideal solution as well as the negative ideal solution are respectively calculated and compared using the TOPSIS method to get the levels of emergency capability of sudden events in coalmine.An empirical study is made by taking eight coal mining enterprises in a certain area as examples.The empirical results show that the model can effectively evaluate the level of emergency capability of sudden events in coalmine, and can also cal-culate the gap with the positive ideal, so as to provide the objective basis for enhancing emergency capability of sudden event in coalmine.
