Abstract:Considering the requirement of the multi-parameter-combined environment testing device, a kind of multi-parameter measure and control system based on wireless communication technology was studied in this paper. First, the overall structure of the multi-parameter measure and control system based on wireless communication in combined environment device was put forward, which was made up of six control subsystems: a host computer, the centrifuge and dynamic balance system, the vibration and rectification system, the temperature system, the air pressure system and the sound pressure system. Then, the communication protocol and hardware structure of the multi-computer communication system based on wireless transmission were mainly studied. And software design technology of multi-parameter measure and control system was studied in succession. Finally, the five-parameter-combined environment testing was carried out. The experimental results show that the measure and control tasks of the combined environment testing can be well finished by the multi-parameter measure and control system.

Abstract:The paper presents a high speed high precision data transmission system that solves the electromagnetic interference problem in wire data transmission of FOG performance measurements.Based on the RF chip with system grade,bidirectional wireless communication module is constructed.The system realizes high speed precision data transmission under electromagnetic interference environment.The FOG’s scale factor measurement indicates that the system has the feature of anti-electromagnetism,high speed and low error rate.

Abstract:An AMR(Automatic Meter Reading) system is used to automatically collect data from meters. In this paper we design and implement a Wireless Automatic Meter Reading System to solve the problem in existing AMR system. The system consists of wireless modules, measure meters and management center. A general wireless module, is developed to transfer the data gotten from traditional analogue meters or digital meters by using ZigBee communication network. We describe a system framework including the hardware of wireless module and software design of data acquisition. We also develop the operator interface on management center. Finally, we build up a Wireless Automatic voltage Meter Reading System as a case study. The proposed system has board application foreground in industry.

Abstract:RF front end has the significant impact on the performance of cavity beam position monitor (CBPM) which is indispensable beam instrumentation component in free electron laser (FEL) or linear collider facility. With many new advances in data converter and radio technology, complex RF front end design has been greatly simplified. Now a based digital intermediate frequency (IF) receiver architecture RF front end for CBPM has been designed by using surface mount components on print circuit board (PCB). The front end contains analogdigital converter used to digitize the IF signals. The whole system would be integrated to a digital board developed by our lab to produce the dedicated signal processor for CBPM. There is a Xilinx Vertex-5 FPGA device on the digital board and relevant signal processing algorithm has been implemented on it using VHDL. The details about design would be introduced blow.

Abstract:In order to evaluate the electrical specification,temperature sensing and single event tolerance of space?borne phased-array T/R modules,an automatic test system based on PXI bus is designed and developed. By using this test system,the evaluation of a self-developed integrated controller with temperature sensor,which is embedded in a spaceborne X-band T/R module,is performed in this paper. By using high-speed digital I/O technology,the test speed of the present test system for electrical characteristics is improved. The ability of automatic temperature test with high-precision enables the accurate performance assessment of temperature sensing. And with the ability of au?tomatic data processing,the test system can realize the comparison between the measured electrical properties and the design specifications,the error analyzation between test data and calibration temperature and the variation esti?mation before and after single event effects. Finally,power distribution,temperature sensing and single event toler?ance of the chip are tested and analyzed. The results show that the chip can be well performed in the space environ?ment with rapidly changing temperature and strong radiations. At the same time,the test system has the advantages of simple operation,well portability,high speed of testing and high precision.

Abstract:This paper presents the design and development of a set of microwave exposure system based on 1.8GHz mobile RF signal. This system can work on several modulation types to do microwave exposure experiment under different specific absorption rate (SAR) and prepare the way for researches in the effect exerted by the electromagnetic signal of mobile on human health. The hardware is made up of several RF instruments, waveguide and computer, and the software introduces the accomplishment of the control system and the algorithm of control.

Abstract:RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is now attracting many interests for its bright future in commercial and daily use. For the low-frequency (LF, typically 125KHz) and the high-frequency (HF, typically 13.6MHz) RFIDs, the Readers have already come into our daily life out of their matured technologies, while the ultra-high frequency (UHF) RFID Readers are still in the process for the reliability and functionality. This paper represents a systematic design of a UHF RFID reader. Received backscatter modulation waves (carrier wave frequency 915 MHz) are directly demodulated to baseband signals using the Zero IF technology. The reader is designed as a quadrature (I/Q) one, which can avoid null points of the received signals [41 and enhance the demodulation sensitivity.

Abstract:More and more attention is paid to radio frequency identification(RFID)technologies for logistics management application.However it takes a long time to develop a new RFID hardware for a new standard,which limits the further development of RFID technologies and its applications to some extent.Thus,based on virtual instrument and digital signal processing technologies,a method was systematically investigated using software instead of hardware to realize the basic functions of a RFID reader specified by ISO/IEC 18000-3 Mode 1.The measurement results show that the performances of the RFID virtual instrument have achieved the design goals regarding bandwidth,power,modulation accuracy and etc.,and the system has realized the basic functions of a RFID reader such as modulation/demodulation,filtering,encoding/decoding,cyclic redundancy check,logic control and so on.

Abstract:A self-developed automatic dual-channel detecting instrument based on SPR (surface plasmon resonance) principle was presented in this paper. This instrument was constructed by the sample-load system, the sample flow-routing system, SPR sensor and control circuit. Formed by a sample injection needle that can move up and down and a sample plate, the sample-load system can realize the measurements of 15 kinds of samples, and the automatic cleaning of the sample injection needle. The sample-routing system consisted of two precision syringe pumps and a microelectric valve, which ensured that there is always solution flowing through the SPR sensor surface during the automatic sample injection process. The whole sampling process was jointly accomplished by sample-load system, the sample-routing system and the control circuit. Applying two section of air to isolate, it separated the sample from the buffer or the regenerated liquid, and then reduced the instrument's measurement error. Sensor is the kernel of the whole instrument, and a self-designed dual-channel SPR sensor was applied to this detecting instrument. The control circuit mainly included: the MCU(microcontroller unit) control unit with the core of C8051F020 to control the automatic sampling system of pumps and valves, USB2.0 interface circuit with the core of CY7C68013 to realize the dual-communication between PC and MCU, the real-time data acquisition and uploading to the PC for further analysis and processing. The results of the concentration detecting experiments and data analysis of sucrose showed that this system has good measurement accuracy and stability.

Abstract:The recent emergence of indoor wireless communication applications, e.g. WLAN, requires cost effective channel measurement equipments. In this contribution, we present a detailed design of an indoor 2x2 MIMO channel measurement system of 2.4/5.8GHz, using FPGA, PC and some RFICs without any specific instruments. The semi-sequential scheme and sliding correlation method is used for MIMO channel measurement. The design of signal processing algorithms, FPGA firmware and graphical user interface is described.

Abstract:An automatic measurement system for imaging spectra is mainly introduced. It is controlled by a software platform. A fiber sensor of the system driven by a stepper-motor scans the arc plasma field spatially and a spectrograph samples spectrum lines real-timely. The intensity distribution of the image spectra can be acquired by multi-point measurement. So we can realize the automatic measurement of the arc plasma field in two dimensions.

Abstract:A digital low level radio frequency （LLRF） control system based on a high precision fieldprogrammable gate array （FPGA） is being developed for the stable operation of the upgraded direct currentsuperconductive （DC-SC） photocathode injector at Peking University.The design of this LLRF control system is described,including both the hardware and the internal algorithm.Analysis of disturbances shows that the system can achieve the requirement of ±0.1% for amplitude stability and ±0.1 for phase stability.Through experiments,preliminary results are presented in the paper.

Abstract:The traditional method of customs examination can not satisfy the increasing demands of imports and exports of the vehicles. This paper designs a new automatic clearance control system based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. The methods of how to improve security and secrecy of the system are discussed. Frequency disturb, the low power consumption and anti-jamming techniques are applied in the system. The bottom software and the protocol of the communication are also studied. Compared with the traditional ones, the test results manifest that the new system has preferable expansibility, high secrecy, fast read-write ability and automatic operation.

Abstract:This paper mainly introduces a kind of ultrasonic distance measuring system with AT89C51 single chip as the core component. The paper expounds the principle of ultrasonic sensor and ultrasonic ranging, hardware circuit and software program, and the results of experiment and analysis.The hardware circuit based on SCM, the software design adopts the advanced microcontroller programming language.The amplitude of the received signal and the time of ultrasonic propagation are regulated by closed loop control. [1,2]The double closed loop control technology for amplitude and time improves the measuring accuracy of the instrument. The experimental results show that greatly improves the measurement accuracy of the system.
