Abstract:We used Bacillus subtilis M15?10?1 as the research object. Bacillus subtilis M15?10?1 is separated from the reservoir environment and can produce lipopeptide. We explored the exogenous surfactant producing bacteria to strengthen endogenous microbial flooding reservoirs in the process of crude oil emulsion dispersion effect and the interaction among bacterial flora. Compatibility experiments showed that Bacillus subtilis M15?10?1 and the oil reservoir functional bacteria, Dietzia sp. ZQ?4, Rhodococcus sp. M, and Enterobacter cloacae T?1 has good compatibility. Fluorescence quantitative PCR and high?throughput sequencing analysis showed that Bacillus subtilis M15?10?1 was the structure of reservoir indigenous microorganism without adverse impact. Activation experiment in laboratory and meteorological chromatography analysis showed that Bacillus subtilis M15?10?1 could significantly improve the oil water activation in early oil phase emulsifying dispersion effect and promote the petroleum hydrocarbon degradation. This method provides the foundation for subsequent field test.
