Abstract:Three new species and four new records from north China are described in this paper. Genus Helicoconis is reported in China for the first time. All the type specimens are kept in the Insect Collections of China Agricultural University. 1. Helicoconis (Helicoconis) lutea (Wallengren, 1871) (Fig.1) New Record: Hebei,Shanxi, Shaanxi,Ningxia, Gansu. 2. Coniopteryx (Coniopteryx) parthenia (Navas & Marcet, 1910)(Fig.2) New Record: Liaoning, Hebei, Beijing,Shanxi, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Gansu . 3. Coniopteryx (Coniopteryx) arctica sp.nov.(Fig. 3) Very similar to C. (C.) aspocki Kis, but can be distinguished by the antennae with 22 25 segments, the flagellar segments much broader than long, and male genitalis of the two species are also different.

Abstract:Two new species of Coniopterygidae, Coniopteryx (Coniopteryx) tenuisetosa sp. nov., and Coniopteryx (Coniopteryx) serrata sp. nov., are described from China. Both species differ from congeners in characters of the male genitalia. Coniopteryx (Coniopteryx) alticola Sziráki, 2002, is recorded from China for the first time. A key to species of the genus Coniopteryx from China is presented.

Abstract:Two new species, Heteroconis yunnanensis sp. nov. and Heteroconis orbicularis sp. nov. , are described from China. Both species differ from their congeners in characters of the male genitalia. Heteroconis terminalis (Banks, 1913) is redescribed based on examined Chinese specimens. A key to the adult males of Heteroconis from China is provided.

Abstract:This paper reports ten species of the genus Conocephalus Thunberg, 1815 from Guangdong and Nanling region, China, including two new species, i.e. Conocephalus (Anisoptera) dorsalidentatus Li, Zhang Shi, sp. nov. and Conocephalus (Anisoptera) nanlingensis Li, Xin Shi sp. nov. Abstract:Two new species, Lonchoptera ciliosa, sp. nov. and L. multiseta, sp. nov., are described. L. nitidifrons Strobl is recorded from China for the first time. The types are deposited in the Entomological Museum of China Agricultural University, Beijing. 1. Lonchoptera ciliosa, sp. nov. (Figs. 1-7) The new species is somewhat similar to L. orientalis (Kertesz), but it can be separated from the latter by the mesonotum brown without stripes; pregonite weakly incised medially and hairy apically, and postgonite broad and sheet-like with narrower tip. Holotype: ♂, Shanshuping (33°13′N, 107°34′E), Changqing nature Reserve, Yangxian County, Shaanxi Province, 29-Ⅶ-2006, ZHU Ya-jun; Paratypes: 3♀♀, the same data as holotype. Etymology. The specific epithet name refers to the hairy apex of the pregonite. 2. Lonchoptera multiseta, sp. nov. (Figs. 8-16) The new species is somewhat similar to L. bifurcata (Fallen), but it can be separated from the latter by the halter dark brown, cercus longer than the epandrium and pregonite with two rows of rather long bristles at middle. Holotype: ♂, Xinglong Mountain (35°79′N, 104°07′E), Yuzhong, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, 21-Ⅷ-2007, HUO Shan; Paratypes: 2♂♂, same data as holotype. Etymology. The new species is named for the pregonite having two rows of rather long bristles at middle.

Abstract:In the present paper two new species of the family Sciomyzidae from Hebei and Yunnan are described. Type specimens are deposited in the Insect Collection of China Agricultural University. 1. Pherbellia brevistriata , sp. nov. (Figs.1～5) This new species is similar to Pherbellia schoenherri (Fallen), but differ from the latter by the structure of male inner copulatory organ. Posterior part of gonostylus with distinct spines. Mid frontal stripe short, only reaching the middle of frons. Measurements(mm): length of body: ♂2.7, ♀2.8; length of wing: ♂3.0, ♀3.1; width of head: ♂1.4, ♀1.5; highth of head: ♂1.0, ♀1.1. Holotype ♂, Hebei, Xiaowutai mountain Beitai, 16 Ⅷ 1964, collected by Han Yinheng; paratypes 3♂♂, 2♀♀, Hebei, Xiaowutai mountain Beitai, 16 Ⅷ 1964, collected by Han Yinheng and Wang Chunguang. 2. Tetanocera nigrostriata , sp. nov. (Figs.6～11) This new spcies is similar to Tetanocera chosenica Steyskal, but differ from the latter by the shape of pregonite. Gonostylus with blunter spines. Gonostylus shorter and thicker than Tetanocera chosenica Steyskal. Measurements(mm): length of body: ♂7.0, ♀7.5; length of wing: ♂6.0, ♀7.0; width of head: ♂6.0, ♀7.0; highth of head: ♂1.6, ♀1.8. Abstract:One species of the genus Agathomyia Verrall, Agathomyia yunnana sp. nov., is described as new to science in Yunnan. The genus Lindneromyia Kessel is newly recorded from Yunnan with the following four species: Lindneromyia argyrogyna de Meijere, 1907, L. clavata sp. nov., L. nuodengana sp. nov., L. wangi sp. nov. and L. yunlongana sp. nov. A key to the species of Lindneromyia from Yunnan is presented.

Abstract:Sixteen known species of the genus Ptychoptera Meigen, 1803 have been recorded from China, of which three occur in Yunnan Province. Herein, two new species from Yunnan, P. cordata sp. nov. and P. yunnanica sp. nov. , are described from China. An updated key to Ptychoptera is presented for all Chinese species.

Abstract:Two new species, Sinella yunnanensis sp. nov. and Sinella similis sp. nov., collected from China were described. Both species have a large outer tooth on unguiculus, acuminate tenent hair and 7+7 dorsal macrochaetae on Abd. IV, but the eyes are different between them. Some characters in Sinella triseta Yuan & Pan, 2013 are described and a key to the Chinese eyed species of the genus Sinella is provided.
