New Species and New Records of Coniopterygidae from North China (Neuroptera)

Abstract:Three new species and four new records from north China are described in this paper. Genus Helicoconis is reported in China for the first time. All the type specimens are kept in the Insect Collections of China Agricultural University. 1. Helicoconis (Helicoconis) lutea (Wallengren, 1871) (Fig.1) New Record: Hebei,Shanxi, Shaanxi,Ningxia, Gansu. 2. Coniopteryx (Coniopteryx) parthenia (Navas & Marcet, 1910)(Fig.2) New Record: Liaoning, Hebei, Beijing,Shanxi, Shaanxi, Ningxia, Gansu . 3. Coniopteryx (Coniopteryx) arctica sp.nov.(Fig. 3) Very similar to C. (C.) aspocki Kis, but can be distinguished by the antennae with 22 25 segments, the flagellar segments much broader than long, and male genitalis of the two species are also different.
