The Extraction and Separation of Gambogic Acid

Abstract:gambogic acid is extracted from gamboge material, has been widely applied to clinical, clinical use of gambogic acid value for anticancer function, clinical study found that gambogic acid can effectively on human hepatocellular carcinoma cell killing effect of external, and with the increasing use of gambogic acid time and dose of anticancer drugs, has gradually increased, through the research of animal experiments on the medication effect of gambogic acid and found that the treatment effect of gambogic acid on leukemia mice signiifcantly, and can inhibit the in vitro non pathogenic protozoan disease, clinically, gambogic acid is widely used in breast cancer, lymphoma skin cancer, gastric cancer and other diseases, and not for patients with other physical function and physical health damage. In this paper, the extraction process of gambogic acid were analyzed, summarized the separation effect of gambogic acid.
