Abstract:With the increasing national support for clinical research,hospitals pay more attention to the clinical project application.The traditional management mode is not suitable for the grant application in clinical research.By Analyzing characteristic of the clinical research application,our hospital established a detailed management mode.Establishment of this management mode has effectively improved the efficiency and level for application-process supervision of clinical research.It makes the stable foundation for Successful application.
