Abstract:Professor Wang sumei in the clinical use of uncaria not only used for autumn zephyrlily caused by epilepsy,also according to the drug's property and flavor and channel tropism,efficacy,combined with the etiology and pathogenesis of infantile cough,eczema, night cries,tourette syndrome,attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,should make considered additions uncaria in order to improve the clinical curative effect. But the clinical also note two points:①Gouteng( Uncaria)is thin and light flavor,the decoction time should not be too long,otherwise reduce its curative effect.②Gouteng( Uncaria)is cold,infantile spleen is insufficiency,often use or long use can cause the spleen Yang deficiency,and abdominal pain,diarrhea,nausea,vomiting,so when the clinical dosage of uncaria is generally not more than 10 g. At the same time,pay attention to protect the spleen and stomach,clear heat flat liver without hurting spleen damage the stomach of sorrow.
