Abstract:Professor Xu Xian is the fifth batch of national famous old Chinese medicine experts in the academic experience inheritance to guide the work of the teacher , who engaged in skin disease profes-sional clinical scientific research and teaching work in recent 60 years.He has rich clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment of various skin difficult miscellaneous diseases .For this skin eczema clinic common disease, he stressed in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of western medicine and TCM syndrome dif -ferentiation, comprehensively from the macro and micro two aspects of Western medicine pathology study . In order to Qingre Qushi Huayu is the basic rule of treatment of eczema , and using Long Qin Chushi decoc-tion.In clinical treatment , both traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine , both emphasize the importance of TCM syndrome differentiation , considering the multiple causes skin lesions , gives the western medicine treatment of the corresponding clinical repeatedly played the good effect .
