Abstract:Based on the "Treatise on Cold Damage" Jue yin disease provisions of the study,combined with the "Yellow Emperor" of Jueyin victory,pathological elaboration,the author thinks that there is a close relationship of Jueyin disease with spleen and stomach,Jueyin disease is very common in hepatobiliary diseases of spleen and stomach.Found clinically,viscera in the diagnosis and treatment of complicated pathogenesis and disease has limitations and put forward the "grasping the pathogenesis of classical prescription in the diagnosis and treatment of six complex the concept of medical disease pathogenesis".The spleen and stomach is the foundation of the day after tomorrow,and the pivot of Qi Qi rising and falling is closely related to the disease of the Yin meridian.The pathogenesis of many diseases of the spleen and stomach inquiry of hepatobiliary system for simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat,deficiency heat under the cold,the specific performance of many aspects of liver and kidney yin deficiency,spleen kidney yang deficiency,liver depression and spleen deficiency,heart fever,to the pathogenesis of Jueyin disease,so from the Jueyin disease on the treatment of the spleen and liver and gallbladder disease.
