Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of pelvic floor muscle bio-elertricity stimulation combined with acupuncture treating detru-sor weakness after transurethral resection of prostate. Methods:60 patients after transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into obser-vation group and control group, respectively adopted basic treatment and muscle biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with acupuncture, the maximal urinary flow rate (MFR) and bladder residual urine volume of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results:The maximal urinary flow rate of two groups after treatment were both higher than those before treatment, and bladder residual urine volume were lower than those before therapy (P<0.05), and observation group were significantly better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Pelvic floor muscle bio-eler-tricity stimulation combined with acupuncture treating detrusor weakness after transurethral resection of prostate has definite effect, being worth of clinical promotion.
