Abstract:Objective: To investigate the correlation between high-school students' perfectionism and their perceived parents' perfectionism. Methods: 736 senior high school students were assessed with Frost' Multidimensional Perfectionism Scale. Results: High school students' perfectionism had significant and positive correlation with their perceived parents' perfectionism and, perceived fathers' perfectionism was correlated to mothers'. Conclusion: In perception, children's perfectionism is affected by their parents' and, parents have many similarities in their perfectionism.
