Abstract:Objective To detect the concentration of D-dimer and protein kinase C(PKC) activities of lymphocytes in peripheral blood of the patients with acute pancreatitis in order to find some evidences of using anti-fibrinolysis and idiosyncratic PKC antigen in early treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods Double antibody sandwich(ELISA) and isotope 32 P ATP catalytic activity mensuration were used respectively to detect the concentration of D- dimer and protein kinase C(PKC) activities in both the experimental group and the control group. Results Compared with the control group ,both the plasma D-dimer level and PKC activity were increased in mild acute pancreatitis(P0.05) and severe acute pancreatitis(P0.01). Conclusions The change of plasma D-dimer level and PKC activity are closely related to the clinical development in acute pancreatitis patients, the levels of the plasma D-dimer can contribute to the diagnosis, prognosis and therapeutic effectiveness, are new indexes of acute pancreatitis. At the early stage of pancreatitis, using anti-fibrinolysis drugs and idiosyncratic PKC antigen is of great importance.[
