Oualitative research on experience of clinical nurse in evidence implementation training

Abstract:Objective To understand the experiences and suggestions of clinical nurses in evidence implementation training,to help educators and administrators of nursing understand participants' experience and the evidence implementation training program deeply,and to make the training project better.Methods 15 clinical nurses participated in the semi-structure interviews.Data were analyzed by Colaizzi's seven steps phenomenological procedure.Results Participants believe their professional self-identity and self-efficacy have improved through the training program.Participants experience negative emotion during the training process.Conclusions The evidence implementation training is applicable and beneficial to clinical nursing.Educators and administrators should notice the negative emotion of the participants.
