Comparative Study of Transvaginal Ultrasound and Hysteroscope in Diagnosis of Endometrial Polyp

Abstract:purpose To investigate the diagnostic value of endometrial polyp. Metheds 102 cases of ultrasonogram with endometrial polyp comfirmed by pathology were retrospectively analysed, and compared with hysteroscope. Results 186 cases were diagnosed suspect-edly by elinic, 126 cases were examined by hysteroscope, 102 cases were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound. The coincidence rate of transvaginal ultrasound was 80.95%. Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound have high clinical value to diagnose endometrial polyp.
