Abstract:Objective :To eval uate the applicability of CKD-EPI equati on ,si mplified MDRD equti on and refitted MDRD equati on to Chi nese to predicate gl o merular filtrati on rate (GFR)i n Chi nese patient with renal tu mor .Meth-ods :A total of 73 renal tu mor patients were enrolled .9 9 m Tc-DTPA-GFR was used as gol den standard .The val ue of esti mated GFR gai ned through CKD-EPI equati on ,si mplified MDRD equti on and refitted MDRD equati on to Chi nese were co mpared to r GFR .Results :There were si gnificant correlati ons a mong e GFR and r GFR respecti vel y (r =0.658 , P =0.001 ;r =0.806 ,P =0.000 ;r =0.795 ,P =0.000 ).There were no si gnificant difference of the area under ROC curve bet ween the t wo poi nts with 90 or 60 ml ?mi n -1 ?1.73 m -2 as the diagnostic cut-off poi nt .Conclusions :All of these three equati ons coul d be used as an efficient tool to eval uate renal functi on of renal tu mor patients .
