Abstract:Objective To investigate sex status and related factors of perimenopausal and postmenopausal women in community of Xicheng district, to provide guidance for women's sexual health.Methods 1 958 women in Xicheng district who participated in screening for cervical cancer and breast cancer were investigated by questionnaire survey.The sex life status and related factors of women were collected.Single factor correlation analysis and multiple regression model were used to analyze the factors of sexual desire decline.Results The age, cultural degree, mode of delivery, menstrual status, physical disease, gynecological disease, atrophic vaginitis, Greene score, score of symptoms of atrophic vaginitis, score of vaginal health had impact on sexual desire decline ( P<0.05).Among them, menopausemyoma, atrophic vaginitis,vaginal pain,dyspareunia,pruritus of vagina, psychological symptoms, vasomotor symptoms had obviously impact on sexual desire decline(P<0.05).Conclusion Menstrual status, atrophic vaginitis, vmenopausal syndrome were the key factors of sexual desire decline.
