Abstract:The incidence of Parkinson disease increases with age.Due to the fact that physical condition is more significant than psychological health,symptoms of depression and anxiety in Parkinson disease are easy to be neglected or misdiagnosed.As a result,patients often end up with poor life quality and high mortality.This article reviewed the current epidemiological status,clinical characteristics,pathogenesis,diagnosis and therapy of Parkinson disease with depression and anxiety.
