Ethical Thinking on Enhancing Management in Medical Safety

Abstract:This article analyzed the roots of current medical safety problems from the view of ethics,and proposed some measures to insure and improve the quality of medical care.The measures include: further strengthening medical safety education including ethical education,safety awareness,the training of medical staff and so forth;perfecting management system step by step,including working system for medical safety,liability system for management department,reporting system for adverse events and so on;establishing dispute resolution mechanism including setting up a department for the dispute,reporting and resolution mechanism,enhancing the communication with media and so forth;working hard on implementation of management,including improving management function,doing well in the management of medical laboratory,standardizing pharmacy using,improving clinical nursing and clinical quality management and so forth.
