Numerical Simulation of Airflow Pattern at Different Height of Bar in the Piggery Based on CFX

Abstract:Numerical simulation of three-dimensional steady state of airflow pattern in piggery was carried out at the height of bar being 1.2m and 0.8m with CFX software under vertical ventilation,respectively.The results indicated that the airflow velocity distribution was quite uniform and uniform at the bar height being 0.8m and 1.2m,respectively.Due to the higher bar which restricted the airflow,too high or too low airflow velocity in some sweineries was observed.
