Research on Error Control of Body in White Based on OCMM Data

Abstract:The manufacturing quality of white body affects the mobile quality. Fixture adjustment is the ef-fective measure to control the error of the white body,aiming at the problem that fixture adjustment quantity is difficult to determine.This is the first time to use improved support vector machine(SVM) model to pre-dict the fixture adjustment quantity based on historical adjustment and online measurement data. The paper establishes the relationship between the measuring data and the quantity of the measuring points in the white car. The practical engineering application shows that the method can be used to determine the quantity of ad-justment,and effectively reduce the error of white body manufacturing.
