Abstract:The glucose concentration of human saliva is closely related to that of human blood .The non-invasive blood glucose monitoring can be realized by measuring the glucose concentration of saliva .Re-garding the complexity of the interstitial fluid , the glucose oxidase ( GOD) which specifically absorbs glu-cose molecules can be used to modify the optical fiber surface plasmon resonance ( SPR) sensor to realize glucose selective measurement .At the same time , considering the portability of the blood sugar detector and the conveniency of the probe replacement , a kind of tip type connector probe based on a miniature integrated optical fiber SPR sensor was set up , and the resolution ratio of this system to the low concentra-tion of glucose was discussed .Experiment results show that this sensor can be used to detect the glucose concentration of saliva in order to reflect blood glucose levels , which provides an efficient scheme for the development of portable noninvasive blood glucose detector .
