Abstract:The standardized operation document based on XML is useful one of the key technologies that implement the transmission of dynamic data in network.And that to implement other functions for automatic disposal of operation document in the C~4ISR system,we also need combining the function of XML document to the mature technique of relation database.By analyzing the whole flow of the standardization for operation document system,we advanced the method to connect the XML document and relation database by the DTD of the standard operation document.And presented the conversion mechanism of the architecture between the XML document and relation database.
