Abstract:A special GPS vehicle monitoring system based on GPS,WebGIS,data radio,RFID and network technologies is presented,which helps customs monitor cargos during transport.The work flow and system structure are described,and key techniques,including WebGIS,route painting,judgment of deviation,encryption of radio data,radio scheduling,safety design of vehicle unit and vehicle grouping are expatiated.Finally,a system application is presented with load and effect analysis.
