Research on safety slogan under the guidance of safety management

Abstract:In order to improve the validity of safety slogan applied in safety management, under the guidance of safety management, the definition and functions of safety slogan were proposed.Meanwhile, the umbrella structure for functions of safety slogan was constructed, and the types of safety slogan were divided from the perspective of macro safety.Accordingly, the spread process of safety slogan was analyzed, and the spread and visual manage-ment models of safety slogan were constructed.The results showed that achieving the safety management function is the ultimate purpose of safety slogan, which depends on the effective spread process of safety slogan.At the same time,its creation and application at present had 3 problems such as its content, and 4 basic requirements should be followed, such as its content must be positive and the guidance must be correct, and 6 trends such as practicability should be reflected.
