Predictive Modeling and Test Validation of Conducted EMI of Electric Vehicle Motor Drive System

Abstract:Considering the interaction of common mode interference and differential mode interference, we take the motor drive system of a mini electric vehicle as research object and build a predictive and analysis model of conducted EMI of the whole motor drive system. The results of simulative prediction and measured results show the same variation trend, which indicate that the built conducted EMI prediction model is correct and valid, and the model provides a theoretical analysis tool for the EMC design of motor drive system.
