Abstract:Different human stage of civilization takes different information processing,formulating and propagation way as the prerequisite of technology.The self-sufficing economic system and the centralized government by monarch in times of agricultural civilization build on the self-propagation and firsthand propagation,which are short and dispersive.Through the information promulgating activities by parties and organizations,it is hard to form the popular and unified value system under such system and way of information activities.The highly unified large-scale economic system and centralized political system in the age of industrial civilization,taking the mass propagation information moving way of authority control from top to bottom as the prerequisite of technology,it is easy to form the popular and unified value system on the basis of majority of masses under such system and information moving ways.The new economic structure and political system in the age of information social civilization are on the technical premise of information moving way of Net.The forms of the networking information processing,creating and promulgating have the basic characteristics of interactivity,parallelism,openness,globality,diversity,freedom,sharability,equality and inauthoritativeness.The development and popularization of this kind of networking information moving way precisely lead the change of the human value mode to numerous directions.Relative to different stages of civilization,from pointing to history and giving attention to present,the human information processing,creating and direction of time of propagation change to innovate the future.
