Abstract:Along with the fast development of information technology,the university information culture becomes the campus culture main body.Its foundation is the information technology,and it takes the campus network as the medium,so all members of universities cultivate the moral value idea which form under the common information environment,its characteristic in the spirit,the matter,the behavior,the system aspect all has the performance.If the campus network construction goes well,the establishment of university information culture is realized and guaranteed the universities personnel management and quality education.
