Abstract:With the rapid development of computer and network technology,information teaching conducts in universities,in the information teaching hardware and software environment construction in colleges and universities,hardware environment is the foundation of the construction,the software environment is the core of the construction.The information teaching is the necessary way to the development of education,it is also the foundation to promote the internationalization of Chinese education.But the degree of information at home,is difficult to improve the information technology teaching in colleges and universities.Many colleges and universities teaching concept is not high,various departments within the school fit closely enough,hinder the informationization teaching process.Teaching management informationization ability is not strong,the information literacy is not high,the information teaching software and hardware environment is not perfect.
