Abstract:Four species of Homoneurinae from southwestern China are described as new to science: Cestrotus abdominalis sp. nov., Cestrotus albifacies sp. nov., Phobeticomyia motuoensis sp. nov., and Prosopophorella longa sp. nov. An updated key to the species of the genera Cestrotus, Phobeticomyia, and Prosopophorella recorded in China is presented.

Abstract:Four new species from China and Southeast Asia (Diptera, Lauxaniidae, Homoneurinae). - Four new species are described and illustrated, including Cestrotus quadrimaculatus sp. n., Dioides merzi sp. n., Noonamyia bipunctata sp. n. and Noonamyia flavoscutellata sp. n., and seven species are recorded for the first time from Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and/or Malaysia, including Cestrotus flavoscutellatus Meijere, 1910, Cestrotus liui Shi, Yang & Gaimari, 2009, Cestrotus heteropterus Shi, Yang & Gaimari, 2009, Dioides furcatus Shi & Yang, 2009, Dioides incurvatus Shi & Yang, 2009, Noonamyia sabahna Sasakawa & Pong, 1990, Noonamyia sasakawai Papp, in Papp, Merz & Foldvari, 2006 and Phobeticomyia uncinata Shi & Yang, 2009. The species Noonamyia sasakawai is redescribed and illustrated completely according to two paratypes and several additional specimens. A key to all species of the genus Noonamyia of the world is presented.

Abstract:The proportion of the width of the lower margin of the face and the height of the gena is proposed to sort several species of Homoneura Wulp in the two subgenera Euhomoneura Malloch and Homoneura where the anteriormost dc is located at the transverse suture of the mesonotum. One species Homoneura (Homoneura) litorea sp. nov. is described as new to science, and two species, Homoneura (Homoneura) stackelbergiana Papp and Homoneura (Minettioides) orientis (Hendel) are recorded from China for the first time. The former species is elevated out of synonymy from Homoneura (Homoneura) stackelbergi Czerny. The species Homoneura alini Hering is synonymized under Homoneura (Homoneura) brevicornis Kertesz. A key is presented to separate the five subgenera of Homoneura, and another key is presented to separate the Chinese species of the subgenera Euhomoneura and Minettioides Malloch.
