Abstract:The genus Homoneura is recorded from Tibet for the first time. Three species are described as new to science: Homoneura (Homoneura) curvispina, H. (H.) bomiensis, H. (H.) tibetensis. A key to the species of the genus Homoneura from Tibet is presented.

Abstract:During our studying of the fauna of Tibet, China, many specimens of the subfamily Tachininae ( Diptera , Tachinidae ) were collected and examined. Three species are described here as new to science, Leskia latisurstyla sp. nov. , Trichoformosomyia cuonaensis sp. nov. , and Tachina jilongensis sp. nov. , and two species, Nemoraea javana (Brauer & Bergenstamm, 1894) and N. echinata Mesnil, 1953, are newly recorded from Tibet. In addition to their descriptions, illustrations, and diagnoses, three identification keys are provided. The specimens in this study are kept in the Insect Collection of Shenyang Normal University, China ( SYNU ).

Abstract:This paper deals with five species of the genus Homogryllacris Liu, 2007 from China, including one new species, i.e. Homogryllacris nigromacula sp. nov. Morphological illustrations of most species and habitus of the new species are provided. Moreover, one geographical population of Homogryllacris yunnana Shi, Guo & Bian, 2012 and intraspecific variation of Homogryllacris platycis Liu & Bian, 2021 are discussed and illustrated. All specimens examined are deposited in the Museum of Hebei University.

Abstract:Seven species of the genus Toxorhina Loew, 1850 have been recorded from China, of which three are known to occur in Yunnan Province. Herein, all known species from Yunnan, China are reviewed with more detailed descriptions and illustrations of the male hypopygium. A species of Toxorhina belonging to the subgenus Ceratocheilus Wesché, 1910 from Yunnan, T. ( C. ) pianmica sp. nov. , is described and illustrated as new to science.

Abstract:The genus Laelius from China is revised for the first time and six species are recognized, including one new species as well as three new records. The new species, Laelius longus sp. nov., which is supported by both morphological and molecular analyses, is described and illustrated. Three new records, L. naniwaensis, L. nigrofemoratus, and L. yamatonis, are illustrated. A key to the Chinese species of Laelius is provided.

Abstract:In this paper, we propose one new genus with one new species from Hainan Province, namely, Neophlugiolopsis gen. nov. and N. longiprocera sp. nov. The differences between the new genus and allied genera in morphology are discussed, which can be distinguished by the shape of the posterior process of the tenth abdominal tergite and cerci in males. All specimens were deposited in Guangxi Normal University.

Abstract:The species of Mesitiinae (Bethylidae) from China are revised and 20 species belonging to five genera are recognized. The following eleven new species are described: Heterocoelia curtisulcus sp. nov., H. unicolor sp. nov., H. varicolor sp. nov., H. remota sp. nov., Incertosulcus afoveatus sp. nov., I. exilisulcus sp. nov., Sulcomesitius angustifrons sp. nov., S. latibilobatus sp. nov., S. sparsulus sp. nov., Zimankos acutulus sp. nov. and Z. hamulosus sp. nov. Two new synonymies are proposed: Heterocoelia sinensis Xu & He, 2006 is synonymized with H. zhaoi Xu & He, 2006, and Sulcomesitius rectus Xu, He & Terayama, 2003 with Zimankos cambodianus (Móczár, 1976). Two species are transferred from Sulcomesitius to Heterocoelia, resulting in H. punctulata (Xu, He & Terayama, 2003) comb. nov. and H. neomoczari (Barbosa & Azevedo, 2018) comb. nov. Two species are transferred from Heterocoelia to Sulcomesitius, resulting in S. zhaoi (Xu & He, 2006) comb. nov. and S. breviculus (Xu & He, 2003) comb. nov. Furthermore, Zimankos mahunkai (Móczár, 1981) is recorded from China for the first time.

Abstract:A new species of the genus Nilothauma Kieffer, N. pandum sp. n., is described, and its morphological descriptions and illustrations are also given. A key to the males of Nilothauma is given. The adult male of N. pandum sp. n. can be distinguished from known species of the genus by the following combination of characters: anal point very broadly lanceolate with microtrichia in median ridge and apical margin, rounded at apex; superior volsella pad-like, expanded distally; median volsella curved, rounded at apex, with 2 long basal setae and 1 long median seta.

Abstract:Previously only ten species of Hercostomus Loew were known to occur in Tibet, of which only two belong to the H. baishanzuensis group. Abstract:The genus Tanna Distant, 1905 (Hemiptera, Cicadidae, Cicadinae, Leptopsaltriini, Leptopsaltriina) currently includes 23 species (three tentatively placed), with its actual geographical distribution in China, Japan, Nepal, Bhutan, Cambodia, Thailand and Vietnam. Most of them, 16 species, are known from China, including one new species here described. A new species of cicada, Tanna fengi Wang sp. nov. , is described from Yunnan, southwest China. Colour plates are presented to illustrate all diagnostic characters. An updated list of Tanna species occurring in China is provided.

Abstract:Previously, only three species of the genus Neurigona Rondani of the subfamily Neurigoninae were known from Yunnan Province. Here, we reviewed the species of Neurigona from Yunnan and added the following seven new species: N. apicilata sp. nov. , N. basicurva sp. nov. , N. brevidigitata sp. nov. , N. convexa sp. nov. , N. huanglianshana sp. nov. , N. quadrimaculata sp. nov. , and N. ventriprocessa sp. nov. All seven new species are sympatric and were collected from below a reservoir in the Huanglianshan Nature Reserve in Yunnan using three Malaise traps in 2019. This suggests a very high species richness in the Yunnan fauna. A key to the species of Neurigona from Chinese mainland is provided.

Abstract:The Chinese species of the tribe Helconini Foerster, 1863 s.s. (Hymenoptera, Braconidae, Helconinae) are reviewed. The tribe Helconini Foerster and its genera are redefined and a key to the genera of the tribe is given. Gymnoscelus rufithorax Turner, 1918, is provisionally transferred to the genus Parahelcon Kokujev, 1901 (comb. nov.). The Chinese species belonging to the genera Acarohelcon gen. nov. (type species: Acarohelcon varicolor sp. nov.), Helcon Nees, 1812, Helconidea Viereck, 1914, and Wroughtonia Cameron, 1899 (including Spasskia Belokobylskij, 1989, syn. nov.), are keyed, described and illustrated. Eighteen new species are described from China: Acarohelcon. varicolor sp. nov., Helcon sulcatus sp. nov., Wroughtonia acuta sp. nov., W. albobasalis sp. nov., W. areolata sp. nov., W. bifurcata sp. nov., W. breviantennata sp. nov., W. brachygena sp. nov., W. chui sp. nov., W. eurygenys sp. nov., W. hei sp. nov., W. jiangliae sp. nov., W. nigrifemoralis sp. nov., W. obtusa sp. nov., W. rugosa sp. nov., W. varifemora sp. nov., W. yaanensis sp. nov., and W. zhejiangensis sp. nov., Four species are reported for the first time from China: Helconidea dentipes Tobias, 1967, Wroughtonia planidorsum Watanabe, 1952, W. sibirica (Tobias, 1967) and W. unicornis (Turner, 1918). Helcon albus Chou et Hsu, 1998, H. claviventris Wesmael, 1835, H. orientalis Shestakov, 1940, Helconidea nigra Tobias, 1967, H. sibirica Tobias, 1967, Spasskia anastasiae Belokobylskij, 1998, S. brevicarinata Yan et Chen, 2014, S. indica Singh, Belokobylskij et Chauhan, 2005, and S. sigalphoides Belokobylskij, 1989, are transferred to the genus Wroughtonia (comb. nov.) and Helconidea duplidentipes Shenefelt, 1970, is replaced by H. dentipes Tobias, 1967 (reinstated). Duportia cincticornis Kieffer, 1921, is synonymized with Wroughtonia unicornis (Turner, 1918) syn. nov.

Abstract:The genus Heteribalia Sakagami (1949) is a member of the small parasitic wasp family Ibaliidae (Hymenoptera:Cynipoidea),and all known species of this genus are fiom China and its neighbouring countries.In this paper,we report two new species,Heteribalia miltopronotum sp.nov.and Heteribalia sichuanensis sp.nov.,and distribution for H.divergens Maa (1949).These new discoveries update the known distribution of this genus in China from the known east coast areas to a much more extensive region between the eastern coast and Sichuan Province in central China.A key to all known Heteribalia species is provided.

Abstract:The species of six genera (Atanycolus Foerster, Craspedolcus Enderlein, Ectemnoplax Enderlein, Shelfordia Cameron, Stenobracon Szepligeti and Vipio Latreille) of the subfamily Braconinae (Hymenoptera, Braconidae) from China are revised and 29 species are recognized, including 11 new species (Atanycolus carinatus sp. nov., A. longiquus sp. nov., A. maculipennis sp. nov., A. setosus sp. nov., Craspedolcus maculithorax sp. nov., C. nigrabdominalis sp. nov., Ectemnoplax bimaculosus sp. nov., Shelfordia fulva sp. nov., S. obscuripennis sp. nov., Stenobracon (Stenobracon) longatus sp. nov. and Vipio abnormis sp. nov.), which are described and illustrated. Ectemnoplax xizanginensis Wang, Chen et He, 2006, is proposed as a syn. nov. of E. peruliventris Enderlein, 1920. Two species, Shelfordia longicaudata van Achterberg, 1993, and Vipio mongolicus Telenga, 1936, are reported from China for the first time. Abstract:The Chinese species of the genus Heterospilus Haliday, 1836 from the Parasitic Hymenoptera Collection of Zhejiang Uni-versity were studied and thirty-four species are recognized, including 12 previously described species. Abstract:The genera Bitomoides van Achterberg, 2004, Neopius Gahan, 1917 and Sternaulopius Fischer, 1965 of the subfamily Opiinae are newly discovered in China and one new species of each genus are described and illustrated, viz. Bitomoides platyaulicis Sheng Chen sp. n., Neopius citrinus Sheng Chen, sp. n. and Sternaulopius macrophthalmos Sheng Chen sp. n. The status of the genus Neopius Gahan is discussed.

Abstract:Four new species of Homidia are described from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China. Homidia longiantenna sp. nov. is characterised by its long antenna and slightly expanded post-labial chaetae; H. guangxiensis sp. nov. by the presence of smooth chaetae on the post-labium and posterior face of the ventral tube; H. huapingensis sp. nov. by the presence of smooth post-labial chaetae and pointed tenent hairs; and H. oligoseta sp. nov. by the pointed tenent hairs and fewer macrochaetae on Abdomen IV. Additions to the original description of Homidia acutus Jing & Ma, 2022 are also provided.
