Abstract:With the continuous development and complexity of global supply chain, industrial and commercial enterprises are facing more and more supply chain risk challenges, such as supplier delay, market demand fluctuation and logistics delay. In order to effectively cope with these risk challenges, this paper proposes a comprehensive risk management and optimization algorithm for industrial and commercial enterprises' supply chain based on complex network theory. Firstly, a complex network model of industrial and commercial enterprise supply chain is established, and the connection and interaction between nodes in the supply chain are described. Secondly, according to different risk scenarios, risk assessment indicators and control strategies are designed, including multi-source supply strategy, market forecasting and pricing strategy and strengthening logistics information sharing strategy. Finally, a supply chain optimization algorithm based on genetic algorithm is proposed to minimize the cost and maximize the benefit of the supply chain. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively reduce the risk of supply chain, improve the operation efficiency and stability of supply chain, and has good practicability and popularization value. Through this study, we not only provide new ideas and methods for the risk management and optimization of industrial and commercial enterprises' supply chain, but also expand a new research direction for the application of complex network theory in the supply chain field.
