Advance in Imaging Diagnosis of Congenital Heart Disease

Abstract:Echocardiography,computed tomography( CT)and magnetic resonance imaging( MRI),as the non-invasive cardiovascular imaging techniques,play an increasingly important role in the preoperative diagnosis,intrao-perative monitoring and follow-up of congenital heart disease(CHD). At present,these techniques are widely used in the clinical diagnosis and assessment of CHD,providing comprehensive and reliable information about the cardiovascular structure and function for clinical decision - making. However,these techniques have their own advantages and limitations. The research progress of echocardiography,CT and MRI used in the diagnosis of CHD were reviewed in this paper.
