Abstract:The invention discloses an ester group-containing high-specific-surface-area adsorption resin and its preparation method, and belongs to the high-molecular adsorption resin field. The resin has a particle size of 0.3-0.85mm, a water content of 55-65% and a specific surface area of above 600m /g. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, processing a dispersant and NaCl to prepare a water phase; 2, processing styrene, an ester cross-linking agent, a pore forming agent, an adjusting agent and an initiator to prepare an organic phase; 3, successively adding the water phase and the organic phase into a reactor, stirring until the organic phase is dispersed in the water phase to proper particle sizes, and heating for reacting to obtain a resin intermediate; and 4, fully swelling the resin intermediate with an inert swelling agent, adding a Lewis acid catalyst, heating for reacting, cooling to room temperature, boiling off the swelling agent, washing, and drying. The ester group-containing high-specific-surface-area adsorption resin has a high specific surface area, can well adsorb organic matters, and can be effectively used for the treatment and recycle of high-salt organic wastewater; and the preparation method of the resin has simple steps and allows the pore foaming agent and the swelling agent to be reused.
