Abstract:This paper studies the western sports sociology paradigm's origin and its development by using the method of literature review and quantitative statistics in 799 articles published in the journal of International Review for the Sociology of Sport from 1966 to 2005.The development of the western sports sociology is divided into three phase.The researches in the first original phase are focus in the quantity description.The second phase is growing period while people using the quantity and quality method at the same time.The third phase is the developing period when people select the proper research form spontaneously.Besides,this paper reveals the problems when using the research paradigm of western sport sociology and predicts its application.

Abstract:Through using the method of literature,induction and deduction,this paper reviews and analyzes the development of China sport sociology.The result shows that China sport sociology has its own theoretical system,which pays attention to standardization and academic research,the useful of research methods of different disciplines and their combination,practical social problems of China sport movement development,continually expand the research field.The main purpose is the reunification of localization and internationalization,academic and realistic research characters with due consideration to both.

Abstract:One of important character of the development of Wushu in later Qing dynasty and early republics China was that China tradition Wushu has been brought into modern education and became the part of sport in school.It was affected by the development of urbanization,militarism,the change of Wushu perceived value and teaching technique,method,content.The lack of teacher and teaching material became the barrier of the development of Chinese Wushu education in later Qing dynasty and early republics China which is also an important process to the development of modern Wushu in school.

Abstract:Through using the method of literature review as well as inductive and deductive ways,this paper studies the theoretical consideration of the development in applied sport sociol- ogy.The experience from sociology as the main subject gained in the development process of western sport sociology and applied sport sociology,and the reflection of western sociologists in current social problems have been used for reference.Based on literature and practices,the dy- namic models to promote applied sport sociology,and the scope,course and value of applied sport sociology have been introduced.

Abstract:The present study reviews recent research into urban community sports in China. Whilst affirming the validity of the research the study indicates that there are some pitfalls that need to be avoided in such research, for example: the basic conceptual framework is superficial; the research design is inappropriate; and the research instruments employed are inadequate in terms of innovation and depth. The study suggests that Chinese culture, society and sport practices should be taken account of when overseas frames of reference are employed.

Abstract:With the methods of documentary,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,taking Hangzhou as an example,urban community sports management system in Chinese economically developed areas is researched.The major problems existing in community sports management system are analyzed.Restriction factors and innovative factors of the urban community sports system reform are researched.On the basis of current sports system reform,according to the management system of our community and the relationship between the management departments of community sports and the practice of community sports activity,a new management mode for community sports is put forward,which consists of the strong government and big society.

Abstract:Sports as a group social practice activity, is an important activity that reflects changes in social class. Bourdieu analyzes the "sports field" from the dimensions of field, capital and habituation, and analyzes various phenomena in sports sociology, providing a new research paradigm for the development of sports sociology. Abstract:This article used the method of documentation and process sociology to investigate the modern sports development from a perspective of time and space.The authors demonstrate that modern sports are closely related to and are transformed from the western sports.Modern sports have established worldwide sports organizations,hosted worldwide competitions and guided the worldwide sports development.Sports rules are developed and moderated,as well as worldwide sports cultural identity has formulated.Economic globalization and industrialization is an important representation of modern sports.Decolonization,unpredictability and uncertainty of the sport future are discussed in the time dimension.Decentralization,that is,transformation from single core to multi-center prestige city is demonstrated in the space dimension.Sports McDonaldization of the sport venues is a main feature in the process of modern sports development.The political,economic,cultural and social factors which influence the development of modern sports are explored.

Abstract:With the purpose of exploring the development trend of Wushu, an analysis on status quo of Wushu was discussed, including its failure of being formal Olympic events, unfull development in Physical education field, lack of heirs in mass sports and unbalance between the Chinese competitive Wushu and Chinese traditonal Wushu. Comparing the development status quo of Wushu, Janpanese Judo and Korean Taekwondo in different fields such as competitive sports, school sports and mass sports, it is discovered that present studies about Wushu, Judo and Taekwondo were mostly analyzed in superficial phenomenon. However, rare researches were about the social reasons for the weakness of development in Wushu culture by the angle of sociology. This paper, utilizing methods of the sociology, found out that there were several factors about the successful prevalence and development of Taekwondo and Judo, and emphasized the reasons of the weakness of development in Wushu culture. As a result, several developing strategies were approved in order to meet modern people's needs of sports culture and protect the Wushu's spirit.

Abstract:In this article, the authors conducted an in-depth study on the formation of a system of comprehensive education of Chinese citizens. In particular, the aspect of the influence of sports as a significant system of social development is considered. The authors consider a number of theoretical and practical issues regarding problematic topics. The prerequisites for the integration of sports into the list of academic disciplines, as well as a retrospective of the introduction of sports into educational programs, are revealed. In the course of the research, the importance of martial arts as a key direction in the sports education of young people and the relationship of this sport with the formation of a personality are analyzed in detail. In conclusion, the article presents the current state of sports education in educational institutions in China.

Abstract:The article searches and analyzes the literature, including monographs and textbooks, on the study of the history of sports in China over the past 30 years. The research results show that the research of sports history has experienced intermittent. The three stages of silent period, tortuous rise period and transitional decline period are closely related to the development of China's sports industry and historical theories and methods. The authors hope that future research in the history of sports will focus on theoretical and methodological innovations in the history of sports, the search and analysis of new materials on the history of sports, filling in gaps and in-depth study of the existing history of sports.
