Abstract:As the key point in talents cultivation,the safety education of Chemical Engineering Department of Tsinghua University not only focuses on the systematicness and diversity,but also takes the engineering ethics as the foothold and reshapes students’values.With the abundant experience in safety education,this article makes enormous efforts to incorporate the values orientation and the construction of safety culture into the entire procedure of safety education,which makes significant contribution to cultivating talents in safety area with higher attainment capacity and practical ability.
