Abstract:This paper proposes an evaluation method covering both line loss reduction and reliability. The method considers the effect of national policy that will be affected by income tax, finance mode and the cycle of developing project. And the evaluation fits well with the fact since the reduction of line loss and load interruption are included in the total profit.The example that the economic evaluation on Qiqihar distribution system is given.
